  • Appointment confirmations & quotes
  • Receipts and service information
  • Promotions, newsletters, and updates

Your consent applies to both transactional and marketing messages.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe
  • Reply HELP for help or support
Email:
  • Click “unsubscribe” in the footer of any marketing email

Opting out of marketing messages will not stop necessary transactional messages, such as appointment reminders or confirmations.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with OTW Detailing, including:

  • Appointment confirmations (1–3 messages per booking)

  • Reminders (1–2 messages per service)

  • Marketing updates (0–4 times per month)

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. OTW Detailing is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

5. User Responsibilities

By opting in, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or authorized user of the phone number or email provided

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You will notify us if your number or email changes

6. Privacy & Data Usage

Your data will be collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or misused. We only use your data for communications related to OTW Detailing.

7. Service Availability

OTW Detailing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on:

  • Mobile carriers

  • Email service providers

  • Network availability
